- Handle telephone and email inquiries from prospective students and their parents independently and in a timely and professional manner.
- Filling and processing University Applications either online or on paper for all countries.
- Follow up with students to make them complete their documents which is mandatory for University Applications.
- Maintain student records, draft email as per requirements of Universities.
- Make sure the documents and applications are scanned as per University formats and requirements.
- Helping students with their SOP.
- Monitoring Application Forms
- All other duties will be explained in due time
- Previous knowledge of International Education is encouraged
