Data Entry Operator

SUE is seeking a diligent Data Entry Operator to join the team. The ideal candidate performs accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information within the organization. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle document management efficiently. You will work closely with various departments, inputting data accurately into computer systems and maintaining records with a high degree of consistency. The Data Entry Operator will use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word extensively, utilizing formulas, functions, and PivotTables to organize and analyze data. While this position does not manage a team, it plays a crucial role in supporting the operational workflow by ensuring all data is up to date and error-free. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience and a foundational understanding of data entry processes and documentation standards.
Responsibilities

Accurately enter data into company databases and systems, ensuring error-free records.
Manage and organize documents and data files for easy retrieval and review.
Use Microsoft Excel to manipulate data, apply formulas, functions, and create PivotTables to summarize and report information.
Prepare and format letters, forms, and other documents as required by various departments.
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies by cross-checking source documents.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information following company policies.
Support departments by providing timely data entry and document management assistance.
Perform regular data backups to prevent loss of information.
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets to ensure business continuity.
