Graphic Designer

Preference is given to candidates residing near the office location to support smooth daily operations. Responsibilities

Create original and visually compelling graphic designs for various platforms, including digital and print media.
Lead and manage a team of five graphic designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to enhance overall team productivity and creativity.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to develop design concepts that align with company goals and branding strategies.
Translate complex ideas and concepts into clear visual designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met without compromising creativity.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design output and team capabilities.
Review and approve designs created by team members, ensuring consistency, originality, and adherence to company branding guidelines.
Work independently on specialized design tasks, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas that enhance the companys visual presence.
Prepare and deliver presentations of design concepts and progress updates to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
Ensure that all graphic materials meet copyright and regulatory standards, avoiding the use of AI-generated designs without authentic creativity.
Maintain organized project files and documentation for efficient workflow and future reference.
Support training and development activities within the team to foster continuous learning and skill enhancement.
