Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
- Develop high-quality visual content, including but not limited to social media graphics, marketing collateral, and website elements.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with overall business objectives.
Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, ) to create and refine visual content.
Creative Ideation:
- Stay updated on design trends and industry advancements to bring innovative and fresh ideas to the team.
- Brainstorm and contribute to creative discussions to enhance design concepts.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
Education: Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field (Preferred)
