Sales Associate

SUMMAT is seeking a polished and customer-focused Sales Associate to represent its fashion brand in-store. This role requires a strong understanding of fashion trends and products along with excellent communication skills. The Sales Associate engages with clients to provide personalized shopping experiences by understanding their style preferences, occasion requirements, sizing, and budget. They build and maintain long-term customer relationships, driving sales through expert product knowledge and confident presentation of collections. Additionally, the Sales Associate upholds the stores visual merchandising standards, ensuring a neat and brand-aligned shopping environment. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience in fashion retail, preferably within ready-to-wear and formal wear segments. This role demands multitasking in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a confident, polite, and positive demeanor. Fluency in English and Urdu is essential. The Sales Associate does not manage a team but plays a vital role in promoting the luxury brand values and delivering superior customer service through attentive communication and styling advice.
Responsibilities

Greet and warmly welcome every client to deliver a personalized shopping experience tailored to their individual preferences and needs.
Understand clients style tastes, occasion requirements, sizing, and budget to offer appropriate and effective product recommendations.
Drive sales actively by confidently presenting products and explaining design details such as fabric, embellishments, craftsmanship, fit, and collection stories.
Assist customers in trial rooms by providing styling advice and suggesting alternative product options to enhance their choices.
Build and sustain long-term client relationships, maintaining an organized client book to facilitate repeat sales and follow-ups.
Promote upselling and cross-selling strategies by suggesting complementary pieces like accessories, alternate colors, or different silhouettes.
Acquire comprehensive product knowledge including fabrics, cuts, embellishments, craftsmanship, collection inspirations, available sizes, colors, and stock levels.
Keep clients informed about new arrivals, pre-orders, restocks, and limited-edition pieces to boost interest and sales.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines for an attractive and organized store layout.
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic alignment with the fashion brands image and values.
Perform store opening and closing procedures meticulously while ensuring inventory accuracy through timely stock record updates.
Support receiving and tagging of new stock to maintain inventory flow and presentation.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
Guarantee customer satisfaction with every interaction, promoting positive brand experiences even when purchases are not made.
Implement after-sales procedures such as confirmation messages, appointment reminders, and client follow-ups to foster customer loyalty.
Represent the brand by embodying its values, tone, and luxury service standards while maintaining a fashionable and professional appearance.
