Responsibilities:
Procurement & Factory Coordination
- Communicate with factories to manage orders and ensure timely production.
- Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with company standards.
Order & Shipment Management
- Oversee order processing from confirmation to shipment.
- Track shipments to Africa and ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Coordinate with shipping companies and handle necessary documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Gender: Female (required).
- Language Skills: Strong English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
Skills & Qualities:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics is a plus.
