We, at Sunrise Study Consultants (Affiliated with Sunrise Solicitors, UK Immigration Specialist) with offices in Rawalpindi and UK are looking to recruit an Office Receptionist to work from our Rawalpindi Office. The candidate must have relevant experience of working previously as a receptionist in an Education Consultancy business or business of similar nature.
Job Duties:
- Assisting team of Education Consultants who will be responsible for facilitating admissions of students in international universities;
- Answering phone calls;
- Corresponding with clients and relevant authorities as per instructions of the relevant supervisors;
- Carrying out miscellaneous administrative tasks as per instructions of the relevant supervisors;
- Providing support and assistance to the relevant team and the team supervisor
- Attending any clients or customers visiting the Rawalpindi Office
Required Skills
The successful applicant will be expected to have:
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Ability to work under heavy workload and to tight deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good understanding of legal terminology
- Proficient English language skill is essential
- Attention to details
Salary
