- Create and manage detailed project plans using MS Project
- Create project plans with identifiable critical paths, task dependencies, and a major milestone
- Manage approved plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters
- Provide project governance with clear and consistent communication of project level status to executive leadership, sponsors and stakeholders
- Facilitate/participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams
- create process flows or other architectural diagrams
- Schedule, facilitate and support all scrum events: sprint planning, sprint refinement, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
- Provide status updates and reports to Executives on Project Status
- Generate Reports to measure the performance of the team
