Supervisor – Customer Services

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Supervisor – Customer Services to join their team in Karachi. The successful candidate will oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring visitors have a seamless and engaging experience at the facility. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on managing customer interactions and guiding visitors through science exhibits and interactive activities. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000 and requires working six days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily customer service operations to maintain a smooth visitor experience.
- Provide guidance to visitors regarding science exhibits, interactive activities, and available facilities.
- Assist visitors in understanding and engaging with science-based activities.
- Professionally handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure exhibits are functioning properly and presented effectively.
- Manage and lead customer service staff to uphold service standards.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety protocols, and visitor management guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or BSc, preferably in a science-related field.
- Strong communication, customer service, and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working in science centres, museums, educational attractions, or interactive science exhibits is highly desirable.
- Candidates with prior experience at institutions like TDF MagnifiScience Centre or similar interactive science museums are encouraged to apply.

Additional Details:
- Working Days: Six days per week with no weekly off on weekends or public holidays.
- Duty Timings: Weekdays from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM; weekends from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Work Location: In-person at the Karachi facility.
