Salman & Raheel Chartered Accountants, a reputable Karachi-based firm specializing in audit, tax, advisory, and outsourcing services for both local and international clients, is seeking experienced audit professionals to join their team. The available positions are for Senior Auditor / Assistant Manager – Non-Financial roles, based in Karachi. This is a full-time opportunity with two openings, ideal for candidates looking to lead and manage statutory audit engagements across diverse sectors including construction, infrastructure consultancy, management consultancy, IT, and security services.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute audit engagements in compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Serve as Job In-Charge or Audit Supervisor, managing assigned audit areas and reviewing the work of junior team members.
- Prepare financial statements from trial balances, including consolidated financial statements.
- Apply IFRS standards, with particular emphasis on IFRS 15, IFRS 9, and IFRS 16, to client transactions.
- Participate in group audits and coordinate effectively with component audit teams.
- Maintain thorough and well-organized audit documentation using audit software.
- Communicate regularly with client management and follow up on outstanding audit requirements.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve audit issues efficiently.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of high-quality audit engagements.

Required Qualifications
- Qualified or part-qualified ACCA, CA, CPA, or an equivalent professional accounting certification.
- 6 to 7 years of relevant audit experience, preferably with articleship completed at a Big 6 audit firm.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and ISA, especially IFRS 15, IFRS 9, and IFRS 16.
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements from trial balances and consolidated financial statements.
- Prior experience as a Job In-Charge or Audit Supervisor is essential.
- Hands-on experience with audit software and maintaining audit documentation.
- Excellent client communication, time management, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Sector Experience
- Audit experience in the GCC region is considered a strong advantage.
- Sector expertise in Construction, Infrastructure Consultancy, Management Consultancy, IT, and Security Services is highly desirable.
