Supervisor - Fresh Dairy, Bakery & Cafe

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain strict control over expiry dates of products to ensure quality and compliance.
- Regularly update rail cards and signage to reflect current information and promotions.
- Ensure shelves are consistently well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock availability to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Accurately record repacking activities in the GMS system in a timely manner.
- Conduct weekly Material Availability Verification (MAV) through internal consumption tracking for bakery production.
- Manage stock ordering processes with proper documentation to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Participate actively in weekly and annual inventory counts to support stock reconciliation.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize wastage and shrinkage.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance teams to address issues identified during periodic visits and audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in bakery production areas and equipment.
- Continuously monitor and address negative stock balances.
- Conduct free product sampling to promote high-priced bakery items.
- Suggest new bakery recipes aimed at improving sales and meeting customer preferences.
- Monitor and report any structural deficiencies within the bakery and production areas.

Required Qualifications

- Intermediate education level.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in inventory management, bakery production, or a related field.
