We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and manage FTTH (Fibre to the Home) and GPON (OSP/ISP) projects, ensuring their successful and timely execution. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating with all stakeholders, creating and implementing fibre plans, and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the deployment process. This position requires hands-on involvement in vendor management and project monitoring to guarantee seamless delivery according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily progress, generate reports, and ensure timely execution of ongoing FTTH and GPON projects.
- Coordinate effectively among all stakeholders involved in project execution and planning to meet delivery deadlines.
- Develop and implement fibre plans, ranging from High-Level Design (HLD) to Low-Level Design (LLD), including feasibility assessments for FTTH cases.
- Enforce and maintain the company’s quality standards during all phases of execution and deployment.
- Manage vendors responsible for OSP/ISP deployments, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, IT, or Computer Science, or a Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) (Hons.) degree.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in fibre optic project management or related fields.
- Age between 18 to 35 years.
- Must hold a valid DAE diploma in electrical, IT, or telecom disciplines.

Location and Work Environment:
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Lahore. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site to effectively manage project activities and vendor coordination.

Compensation:
The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
