Supply Chain and Inventory Manager

This role is responsible for managing inventory planning and replenishment processes, ensuring product availability while minimizing stock-outs. The position involves forecasting demand, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing the entire supply chain from purchase orders to warehouse receipt and delivery. A key focus is on maintaining seamless inventory flow by anticipating risks and implementing timely corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan inventory and replenishment for assigned SKUs by analyzing sales data, current stock levels, lead times, seasonality, and supplier availability.
- Develop accurate forecasts and reorder plans, collaborating closely with suppliers and the Supplier Relationship team to align supply with demand.
- Proactively identify potential stock-out risks and take necessary steps to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor purchase orders, inbound shipments, warehouse receipts, inspections, and the movement of goods toward fulfillment centers.
- Coordinate logistics activities including domestic and international freight, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
- Assess landed costs and evaluate cross-border logistics options to support cost-effective decision-making.
- Maintain precise records of inventory status, estimated time of arrival (ETA), lead times, and any exceptions.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated ownership and strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through on tasks.
- Analytical mindset with comfort handling inventory data, forecasting models, cost analysis, and logistics coordination.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate issues before they impact product availability.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in professional English.
- Experience working with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, Excel, forecasting tools, or within e-commerce operations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in supply chain management, inventory planning, replenishment, procurement, or logistics.
- Practical experience with warehouse operations and shipment coordination.
- Knowledge of international logistics, including import/export regulations, customs procedures, and freight management, is advantageous.
