Supply Chain Associate

The Supply Chain Associate based in Gujranwala will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and play a crucial role in managing warehouse vehicle maintenance, inventory control, and shipment coordination. With 2 to 4 years of experience, the candidate will ensure timely transportation and handling of goods according to schedules set by central planning and sales departments. This role involves close collaboration with logistics partners and internal teams to maintain smooth warehouse operations and uphold quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the health, preventive maintenance schedules, and breakdown logs of all indoor warehouse vehicles, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, stackers, and battery chargers.
- Receive and record incoming stock accurately, and facilitate the movement of stock onto trucks or store shelves as required.
- Create and maintain schedules, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replenishment activities in collaboration with the Warehouse Supervisor and planning department.
- Implement shipment schedules following Quality Management Systems procedures, ensuring proper organization of forklift operators and adherence to FEFO (First Expired, First Out) rules during the loading of finished goods.
- Collaborate with logistics companies to manage transportation transactions effectively.
- Control and verify products and semi-products arriving from production and plants, ensuring correct stocking according to the warehouse layout plan.
- Organize the warehouse layout, including finished goods (FG), raw materials (RM) stock areas, pallet repair zones, battery charging stations, hold and disposed products stock areas, and LPG tube storage, maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic environment compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Perform SAP transactions related to warehouse activities and conduct periodic inventory counts and verifications.
- Maintain warehouse operations at the required quality level and ensure timely shipment information flow to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed in compliance with legal requirements, company policies (KORE and CCİ regulations), and internal safety standards.
- Publish FEFO reports regularly and promote adherence to work safety rules, ensuring the proper use of safety materials.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or B-Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Certifications and specialized courses in Fleet Management and related vehicle maintenance.
- Associate degree or equivalent technical education relevant to the role.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in warehouse vehicle management, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
