Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the flow of materials, ingredients, and supplies from vendors to kitchens and client locations.
- Track inventory levels daily, place purchase orders, and follow up to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records within inventory and procurement systems.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen operations, procurement teams, and suppliers to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and prevent shortages.
- Resolve delivery issues promptly and support quality checks on incoming goods.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, costs, and inventory status.
- Support the alignment of supply chain activities with overall kitchen and hotel operations to maintain smooth workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Solid analytical skills for tracking inventory data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in operations management to ensure supply chain activities align with kitchen and hospitality operations.
