Popular International (Pvt.) Ltd., a reputable name in healthcare distribution, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to join their team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience along with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. This role focuses on managing invoicing operations efficiently to ensure smooth business processes and compliance with company policies and tax regulations across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Oversee the proper implementation of compliance and tax-related matters throughout Pakistan.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify and approve invoices.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all billing activities.
- Assist with monthly closing and reporting tasks related to accounts receivable.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Accounting (BBA/MBA).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in invoicing or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Good communication and analytical skills to effectively manage invoicing and collaborate with various teams.
