Supply Chain Executive

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Supply Chain Executive to join our team at our SITE Area location on Manghopir Road, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing retail distribution, optimizing stock replenishment, and overseeing internal logistics to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and technical expertise in ERP systems and business intelligence tools. Experience in the Apparel industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute efficient product distribution across retail channels, managing both automated and manual stock replenishment cycles to meet demand.
- Monitor stock levels at various retail locations, initiate and track inter-store transfers (ISTs) to balance inventory and ensure optimal product availability.
- Analyze retail sales data and stock turn ratios to provide actionable insights and accurately forecast future inventory requirements.
- Coordinate closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, warehouse teams, and dispatch units to guarantee timely delivery of products.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with vendors, store managers, and transit partners to ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and legal standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Supply Chain Management.
- 3 to 4 years of practical experience in retail distribution, replenishment, and inventory management, preferably within the Apparel industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and manipulate large datasets to resolve operational challenges.

Additional Information
- This position requires working in person at the Karachi location.
- Candidates should be willing to work six days a week.
