Supply Chain Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage communication and coordination with international suppliers. The role involves overseeing the entire procurement communication process, from handling requests for quotations to tracking shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to liaise effectively between suppliers and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage correspondence with international suppliers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Handle requests for quotations (RFQs), quotations, purchase orders, and all shipment-related communication.
- Follow up with suppliers on pricing, product availability, production status, and delivery schedules to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate between suppliers and internal departments to facilitate smooth order processing and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all supplier communications, quotations, and purchase orders for reference and audit purposes.
- Monitor pending shipments and deliveries, proactively following up to ensure deadlines are met and any delays are addressed promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in supplier management or procurement coordination, preferably with international suppliers.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage supplier relationships.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple orders and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and tracking shipment statuses.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000.
