Supply Chain Executive

Soft Nation Technologies is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Executive to join their team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This full-time, on-site position operates from 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and be responsible for managing supplier coordination, sourcing vendors, negotiating prices, comparing quotations, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Source and evaluate potential vendors to meet company requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
- Compare quotations from different suppliers to select the best options.
- Manage purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and vendor communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
