This role involves managing the entire supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment. The successful candidate will ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials by coordinating closely with suppliers and internal teams. Maintaining accurate records, monitoring supplier performance, and addressing any supply chain disruptions are essential to support smooth operations. The position requires strong analytical skills to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare, process, and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of required materials.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, confirm availability, assess quality, and schedule deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, following up on pending orders and resolving delays.
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain adequate stock while minimizing excess and slow-moving items.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage the receipt, storage, dispatch, and delivery of goods efficiently.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues related to supply, transportation, or delivery.
- Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and other departments to facilitate smooth supply chain operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, inventory movements, supplier details, deliveries, and related records.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, lead time, and delivery reliability.
- Identify risks, shortages, delays, and operational challenges within the supply chain and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement, inventory status, orders, deliveries, and overall supply chain performance.
- Utilize MS Excel and ERP systems to maintain records, analyze data, and monitor supply chain activities effectively.
- Support cost-reduction initiatives by assessing suppliers, comparing quotations, and identifying process efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and supply chain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.

Required Qualifications

- Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proven experience in vendor and supplier management.
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Experience in logistics coordination and shipment tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems for data management and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
- Effective follow-up and time-management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- A Master’s degree is preferred, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in supply chain management or related fields.

Work Location
