Supply Chain Intern- Female

Soft Nation Technologies is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to join as Supply Chain Interns. This role is designed for energetic and confident individuals who possess strong communication and analytical skills. The internship is based on-site at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi, with working hours from 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday. The position is available for a duration of two months and can lead to full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with procurement and purchasing activities to support the supply chain team.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and confirm product availability.
- Maintain and update procurement records, purchase orders, and related documentation accurately.
- Compare vendor quotations and prepare detailed cost comparisons to aid decision-making.
- Follow up on pending orders and deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Support daily supply chain operations and administrative tasks as required by the team.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates or current students pursuing Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and eagerness to learn new processes.
- Ability to work on-site at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal location in Karachi.
