Soft Nation Technologies is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Intern to join their team in Karachi, Gulshan-e-Iqbal. This is a full-time, on-site internship lasting between 3 to 6 months, with working hours from 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday. The role offers hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics, providing valuable exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily procurement, inventory, and logistics activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules while maintaining communication with suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and internal systems for inventory and procurement data.
- Assist with stock monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting to help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Identify potential delays, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost savings within the supply chain process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient workflow and operational continuity.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and analysis.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is an advantage.
- Previous internship or academic project experience related to supply chain or operations is desirable.
Interns will gain real-world experience across procurement, inventory, and logistics functions while receiving mentorship from seasoned professionals. This internship offers exposure to comprehensive supply chain processes, enhancing practical knowledge and skills. Additionally, participants will receive a stipend, a certificate upon completion, and potential opportunities for full-time employment.
