Conduct supplier performance evaluations, ensure compliance with pricing and service agreements, resolve supply shortages and delivery issues promptly, and negotiate rebates and purchasing incentives.

Cost Control: Monitor food cost percentages and analyze COGS. Review purchasing trends to identify inefficiencies, reduce operational waste, and improve gross margins.

Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate deliveries across restaurant locations, optimize delivery schedules, monitor warehouse inventory where applicable, and ensure product availability during peak periods.

Reporting & Analytics: Prepare executive reports including weekly purchasing, food cost, vendor performance, inventory variance, purchase orders, waste analysis, stock aging, procurement savings, and supply chain KPI dashboards.
