Supply Chain Manager

Sigma Distributors (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager based in Lahore to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process. This role involves managing inventory, warehousing, dispatch, and order fulfillment to ensure timely deliveries, maintain accurate stock records, and enhance distribution efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a large SKU portfolio and high-value inventory while coordinating with various departments to resolve operational challenges and improve overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations related to inventory management, warehousing, dispatch, and order fulfillment.
- Manage a diverse and complex SKU portfolio, ensuring precise stock records and control of high-value inventory.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time across all sales channels.
- Enforce ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) procedures, along with FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and operational controls.
- Monitor stock levels to minimize stockouts, overstocking, slow-moving items, and product expiries.
- Drive improvements in warehouse productivity, distribution efficiency, delivery turnaround times, and cost management.
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and other departments to address and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
- Track and analyze operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the supply chain team by assigning clear responsibilities and monitoring their performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and warehouse safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in FMCG or distribution operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex SKU portfolios and high-value inventory.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, dispatch, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems, including inventory control mechanisms.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to enforce processes effectively and deliver measurable operational improvements.
