Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

Fabric Sourcing & Procurement:
- Source and procure fabrics and raw materials aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate fabric dyeing schedules to ensure timely availability.
- Monitor fabric inventory and arrange additional procurement based on upcoming demand.

Production Planning & Coordination:
- Develop fabric cutting plans according to production requirements.
- Liaise with factory teams to meet production and delivery deadlines.
- Track production schedules to ensure finished goods reach the warehouse promptly.
- Plan production and supply in line with sales trends, seasonal shifts, and future forecasts.

Raw Material & Packaging Procurement:
- Manage sourcing and purchasing of all raw materials and packaging for medical scrubs.
- Oversee procurement orders and ensure timely delivery to factory and warehouse.
- Maintain adequate stock levels to prevent production delays.

Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning:
- Forecast inventory needs based on sales data and business growth.
- Plan fabric, raw material, and finished goods inventory according to seasonal fluctuations.
- Ensure optimal stock availability to meet production and sales requirements.

Product Development & Quality Control:
- Conduct research and development to enhance existing products and innovate new ones.
- Inspect finished products to uphold quality standards.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with manufacturing teams.

Supply Chain Management & Execution:
- Independently manage daily supply chain operations including planning, forecasting, procurement, and production coordination.
- Take full ownership of the supply chain process from raw material sourcing to finished goods delivery.
- Operate effectively in a department currently without a dedicated team, handling both strategic and operational responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management and procurement.
- Strong practical experience in the textile industry is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of fabric sourcing, dyeing, production planning, procurement, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with product development, research and development, and quality control processes.
- Residency in Rawalpindi or Islamabad is required.

Location:
This position is based in Rawalpindi, with work conducted on-site at the company’s head office located on the 4th Floor, Prince Arcade, opposite Holy Family Gate No. 03.

Compensation:
The monthly salary range for this role is PKR 100,000 to PKR 150,000.
