SpaceBiz, a growing IT company based in Lahore, is looking to hire a Supply Chain Officer to support its procurement and inventory management functions. This role involves coordinating with vendors, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to maintain smooth supply chain operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to meet operational demands and contribute to efficient logistics processes at the Lahore office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities by coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records to support operational efficiency and prevent shortages.
- Oversee logistics coordination to guarantee on-time deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Prepare purchase orders and related documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their supply needs and fulfill operational requirements.
- Monitor overall supply chain activities and promptly report discrepancies or challenges to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain management or procurement; fresh graduates with relevant knowledge and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data management, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes, procurement best practices, and inventory control.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and external vendors.

- Salary Range: Rs50,000 to Rs70,000 per month
