Supply Chain Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage procurement and inventory operations effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure that stock levels are maintained appropriately and supplies are available on time. This role requires close coordination with vendors and suppliers, as well as maintaining accurate records of the supply chain activities. Additionally, the candidate will facilitate smooth communication and coordination between various branches and the head office to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate procurement activities and manage inventory to meet organizational needs.
- Monitor stock levels regularly to ensure timely availability of supplies.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supply chain records and generate relevant reports.
- Support seamless coordination between branch locations and the head office to optimize supply chain processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience coordinating with suppliers and vendors for purchasing and timely deliveries.
- Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.
- Experience working in the food and beverage, restaurant, coffee shop, or retail industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to commute to the designated work location in DHA Phase 6 near Dolmen Mall.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Prior experience in a similar role within the food and beverage or retail sectors will be advantageous.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs70,000.
