Supply Chain Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to manage and oversee our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth, efficient, and cost-effective supply chain process, from procurement through to delivery. This role requires maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and collaborating closely with internal departments to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the entire supply chain process to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services in line with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability and avoid shortages or excess.
- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers while negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules for transparency and audit purposes.
- Track shipments and promptly resolve any issues related to delivery delays or quality concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to support integrated supply chain activities.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably between 1 to 3 years.
- Strong understanding of supply chain procedures and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills to manage supplier relationships and internal coordination.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
- The role requires working on-site to facilitate direct collaboration with relevant teams and suppliers.
