Supply Chain & Operations Associate

We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain & Operations Associate to join our Early Career Rotational Development Program starting in Summer 2027. This program is designed to cultivate emerging talent by providing hands-on experience across various manufacturing and supply chain functions within a global network. Participants will develop essential leadership and operational skills through diverse rotational assignments, gaining broad exposure to business operations while contributing to projects that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in multiple rotations across operations and supply chain areas, including supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing operations, logistics, materials management, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and quality operations.
- Lead and execute projects aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimizing business performance.
- Manage a capstone project with visibility to senior leadership, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, including manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics.
- Build a strong professional network across the organization and learn from experienced supply chain and operations leaders.
- Engage in structured development experiences designed to accelerate personal and professional growth.
- Develop foundational leadership skills to prepare for future career advancement within the company.

Required Qualifications:
- Upcoming or recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, Operations Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum preferred GPA of 3.0.
- Previous internship, co-op, project, research, or leadership experience demonstrating analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness and ability to relocate every six months to support rotational assignments.
- Commitment to complete the full two-year rotational program.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- The program offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,300 to $105,500.
