We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead who thrives on building efficient systems and sourcing strategically. - Make performance visible: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), daily operations reports, and dashboards that enable faster and more informed management decisions.
- Own supply flow: Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, procurement, and distribution to branches, ensuring stock accuracy and timely delivery.
- Source globally, spend wisely: Leverage an established supplier network in China and other markets to procure equipment, packaging, smallwares, and merchandise. Negotiate pricing, calculate landed costs, and manage vendor relationships including shipping, customs, and delivery schedules.
- Lead improvement: Conduct workflow audits, eliminate redundancies, and manage special projects such as process optimization, new product launches, and branch openings.

- Hands-on experience with import procurement processes including negotiation, landed cost calculation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and understanding of Incoterms.
- Demonstrated ability to establish systems, SOPs, and reporting frameworks from the ground up.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools, with the capacity to quickly learn ERP and dashboard software.
- Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, highly motivated, and eager to take ownership and grow alongside the company.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Opportunity to join a premium coffee brand that is rapidly expanding and making a mark in the market.
