Supply Chain Operations & Logistics Lead

We are looking for a proactive and organized female professional to lead the supply chain and logistics operations at our facility located in DHA Phase 7, Karachi. This role requires overseeing customer service activities while ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage operational priorities effectively. Success in this position depends on timely order fulfillment and the efficient resolution of issues in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise supply chain and customer service teams to drive productivity and accountability. Manage the entire order processing cycle, including shipment tracking, dispatch, and ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with local and international suppliers on order confirmations, product availability, delivery schedules, and follow-ups. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations while maintaining high service quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with logistics partners and freight forwarders to manage shipments and related documentation. Maintain accurate operational records, monitor pending orders, and prepare performance reports. Work closely with sales, procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operational workflows. Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service standards.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years’ relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, or customer service operations is essential. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are required. Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are necessary. Familiarity with local and international logistics processes, shipment documentation, and supplier management is expected. The candidate must be able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and take ownership of operational challenges. An MBA degree specializing in Supply Chain and Marketing is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to female candidates residing in DHA or nearby areas of Karachi. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 80,000. Physical presence at the workplace is mandatory.
