BeHope is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Specialist to join our team onsite in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. This full-time role operates from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and focuses on supporting customers primarily in Canada and the USA by ensuring the timely delivery of essential medical equipment. As part of a growing company, you will engage directly with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to facilitate smooth operations while expanding your skills and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily orders, verifying all order details and stock availability to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers to dispatch orders promptly and monitor timely delivery.
- Proactively follow up on orders, resolving issues such as stock shortages or delayed shipments.
- Provide clear and effective support to customers regarding their orders, shipping status, and product inquiries.
- Collaborate with the software team to assist in the development of AI tools that enhance operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute cross-border shipments, ensuring compliance and smooth logistics.
- Recommend appropriate products and alternatives tailored to meet customers’ healthcare needs.
- Prepare and submit quotes, offers, and contracts specifically for the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.
Required Qualifications:
- A university degree in business, sales, health, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with both patients and suppliers.
- Ability to assist customers effectively with their healthcare requirements.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
