We are seeking a skilled PLM Support Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our PLM Services and Support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain, coupled with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. This role involves providing both functional and technical support for PLM applications, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of customer issues. The candidate will work closely with development and implementation teams and assist with data migration and customer queries as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support for PLM applications to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Coordinate effectively with development and implementation teams to facilitate issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Support data migration activities and respond to customer queries related to PLM systems.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the PLM domain.
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to write and understand complex queries.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the Apparel or Fashion industry, with an understanding of domain-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and effectively.
