Support/Shadow/Resource teacher

A private family based in DHA Phase 8, Karachi is looking for a dedicated Shadow/Resource Teacher to support their Grade 3 child during school hours from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 1:20 PM. The role involves assisting the child with learning, behavior management, and communication within the classroom environment to ensure a positive and productive educational experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to the child throughout the school day, focusing on academic assistance and behavioral guidance.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement individualized strategies that promote effective learning and communication.
- Monitor and document the child’s progress, adapting support techniques as needed to address evolving needs.
- Assist in managing classroom behavior by reinforcing positive conduct and helping the child navigate social interactions.
- Serve as a liaison between the family and school staff to ensure consistent support and communication.

Required Qualifications
- A clinical background in behavior therapy, psychology, or speech therapy is essential.
- Proven prior experience working as a shadow teacher or in a similar supportive educational role.
- Residency in or near DHA to ensure punctuality and ease of commute.
