We are currently seeking a full-time Surgical Technician to join our team on-site in Peshawar. This role plays a crucial part in supporting surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, arranging sterile instruments, and ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functioning properly. The Surgical Technician assists with patient preparation, maintains aseptic techniques, handles instruments during procedures, and supports surgeons and clinical staff throughout operations. Post-procedure duties include cleaning and restocking operating rooms, monitoring supply inventories, and adhering strictly to safety, infection control, and hospital policies. Effective collaboration with nurses, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals is essential to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms by arranging sterile instruments and ensuring all equipment is operational.
- Assist with patient preparation and maintain aseptic techniques during surgical procedures.
- Handle surgical instruments and support surgeons and clinical staff throughout operations.
- Clean and restock operating rooms following procedures to maintain readiness.
- Monitor inventory levels of surgical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, infection control standards, and hospital policies.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical workflows and patient safety.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven competency in Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting within clinical or hospital settings.
- Practical experience working in operating rooms, with familiarity of surgical procedures and workflows.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control standards, including proper handling and processing of surgical instruments.
- Basic understanding of medical principles related to perioperative care and patient safety.
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technician or related healthcare program.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and position equipment, and respond promptly in high-pressure situations.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining sterile and safe environments.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with respect for diverse clinical teams.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by surgical schedules.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
