SURVEYOR (CONTRACTUAL)

Karsaz (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Surveyor to join our Engineering Projects Team in Karachi, Pakistan. This is a contractual position with a duration of one year, offering an opportunity to work on diverse projects across various locations in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or surveying, coupled with hands-on experience in site surveying and related activities. This role requires a professional who is willing to travel frequently and work directly at project sites, ensuring accurate and efficient surveying operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveying, setting-out, leveling, and alignment works with precision.
- Record and document survey data accurately for project use.
- Coordinate effectively with project teams and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
- Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and company policies throughout all site activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in surveying and site work.
- Proficient in the use of surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, and Theodolite.
- Strong practical knowledge of site surveying activities and procedures.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at various project locations across Pakistan.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a contractual role with a one-year tenure.
- Monthly salary ranges from PKR 70,000 to PKR 100,000, commensurate with experience and suitability.
- Travel Allowance and Daily Allowance (TA/DA) are provided as per company policy for official travel.
- Rest leave entitlement includes 12 days off after every two months of continuous project or site assignment.
- The position requires physical presence at the work location to ensure hands-on supervision and accurate execution of surveying tasks.
