Spare Parts Department

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and update systems regularly.
Process incoming and outgoing spare parts orders efficiently and accurately.
Assist customers by providing information about spare parts availability and specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Inspect received parts for quality and conformity to specifications.
Support the department in managing returns and warranties for spare parts.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the spare parts storage areas.
