We need a Customer Support Executive which will be responsible for the Training of our Customers to use our Software. She will be the first point of contact for Customer for feedback, support requests. She will also be responsible for the development of the Training Material of our Software.

  • Applicant must have good listening power and communication skills
  • Dealing with customer queries including but not limited to: product information, feedback, change requests, support requests, bugs reporting,  etc.
  • Dealing with customer cases in a professional manner and using CRM to track cases with the goal of maximizing customer retention.
  • Communicating with potential customers on Facebook, Whatsapp and phone to generate sales, while using upselling and cross selling tactics to maximize revenue.
  • A self-motivated and focused candidate will be preferred.
  • Understanding the customer's full requirements.
  • Help customers to answer their question related to our products.
  • Strong interpersonal and telephonic skills
  • Extremely energetic/enthusiastic/innovative/hardworking
