Your Job description includes:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist when necessary or direct calls to appropriate areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities in the department.
  • Communicate through telephone with the drivers to understand constant status and location; communicate through a multi-line phone system with other departments and properties to assist both drivers and guests.
  • Handle tickets on ticketing system
