As an Admin Executive you will be managing and responsible for

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Profiles management of guests.
  • Follow up with different companies & govt. institutions for completion of tasks.
  • Event management.
  • Vendor/suppliers onboarding for different trade marketing/inventory management.
  • Any other admin related job i.e.: seat arrangement, documentation of licenses, agendas, travel plans and appointments for team & managements etc.
  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
  • Supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance
  • Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Responds to phone calls and emails in order to keep the business’ operations running smoothly.
  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Preferred requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Decent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
