· Should have sound basic agriculture knowledge and have good knowledge of Pakistan demographics.
· Must have good Knowledge of Plant insect pest’s identification and their control measure.
· Able to identify harmful & beneficial insects visually from images or videos (Photo/Video analysis).
· Strong analytical, and report writing skills.
· Must have experience in examine crops for the signs of disease, insect, or pest problem, weed issue, or problem with the soil.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Able to answer or making calls to the farmer to resolve their issues related to crops especially about insects’ pests.
· Able to Keep records of research, testing, and results.
· Should be able to provide the answers to farmer quires in BKK APP (Agriculture Community) and Social Media Platform related to plant insect pests.
· Should have organizational and planning capabilities.
· Must be able to use different web portals.
· Able to work in a team with professional attitude.
· Experience: Minimum one-year experience of agriculture field.
· Language preference

Qualification:
MSc or BSc (Hons.) Entomology with better field experience.
