Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all aspects of digital marketing including our marketing database, SEO/SEM, social media, email and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, develop and maintain our social media calendar and strategy.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs and ROI).
- Identify trends, optimize performance-based insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies; identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Provide perspective and work with internal teams to create brand recognition.
- Work on marketing material such as blogs, Facebook posts, Instagram posts and tweets.
- Write SEO-based engaging content for social media platforms, that is appealing and informative.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries on all platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- 2-3 years of work experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- Experience/Knowledge in managing and leading SEO/SEM, PPC, Facebook pixel, email, marketing database, social media and display marketing.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Youtube and Facebook), paid campaigns and organic reach is necessary.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Certification of Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Ad campaigns, Facebook Ad Campaigns & Facebook pixels)
- Outstanding communication in both English and Urdu and interpersonal skills with strong analytical abilities.
