Responsibilities:
• Developing creative ideas and identify new strategies for customer acquisition.
• Test and optimize marketing tactics for user acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
• Proactively recommend and implement new approaches to identify areas for growth.
• Analyzing and extracting marketing insights from various channels and analytics platforms;
• Exchanging with other departments in order to get feedback and reach the goal of making the product more user-centric.
• Creating and Managing creative briefs & communications.
• Analysis of all on-going campaigns, including daily tracking of performance and budget management Requirements:
• At least 2+ years work-related experience in a startup.
• Highly analytical, with a proven ability to understand complex data & transform insights into ideas.
• Experience working in digital marketing and/or performance marketing.
