The individual will be responsible for the following tasks assigned by the Assistant Manager, senior management, and CEO:
- Assist in the review of forecasts and planning for upcoming projects of all agencies.
- Assist in the identification of potential projects of interest.
- Assist in developing a business development plan.
- Assist in the identification of potential consortium partners for the identified projects.
- Assist in developing and ensuring timely submission of proposals.
- Representing the company with clients as instructed/approved by the senior management.
- Any other task assigned by the senior management, CEO.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in verbal & written English, Pashto, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication in interpersonal skills.
Experience and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or above.
- Consulting experience will be preferred.
