Only for Electrical / Electronic Engineers( DAE) + (BTECH)+(BSTECH)
To achieve the organization goals and objectives related custom installation . (this job is not for mechanical and Civil Engineers)
Job Specification:
- Responsible to follow and implementing all custom installation policies, practices and procedures of the organization
- Responsible for execution of assigned projects' custom installation according to the drawings and worked closely with the Custom Installation Manager and Project Manager to ensure completion of the projects.
- To assist Custom Installation Manager in quality efficiencies and maximize installation productivity (Prewired, Trim, installation, and configuration)
- Ensures that installations and all service work is closed out in a timely manner; that punch list resolution is followed up and finished to each customer’s satisfaction and quality expectations
- Ensures that material is handled with care and that customer’s property is protected and undamaged
- Responsible for installation, termination, programming, commissioning, configuration and troubleshooting of particular products
- Responsible for maintaining the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism when dealing with customers on calls and during visits
- To assist Custom Installation Manager in Pre-testing of critical equipment before installation (client approval form required)
- Responsible for demonstrating good judgment and reasoning when investigating and solving problems
- Responsible to follow the assigned daily schedule and maintaining a log of all custom installation work performed
- Responsible to have up to date knowledge and understanding of entire product range and services, self-training on installation & basic configuration of all products.
- Responsible to perform any other task given by management
