Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with expertise in light gauge steel or cold-formed steel construction.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
- Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to stay with Sysol for a minimum of 2 years.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
