As a SysOps Intern, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, providing essential Level 1 (L1) support, managing ticket routing, and ensuring smooth operational flow. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver front-line L1 technical support by managing incoming system alerts, user inquiries, and technical incidents promptly and professionally. Perform initial triage, basic troubleshooting, issue categorization, and ensure timely resolution or escalation according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and internal teams through written and verbal updates, maintaining transparency and professionalism. Support cross-functional team initiatives, assist with routine system maintenance, and contribute to documentation efforts during periods of lower ticket volume. Prioritize tasks effectively to balance primary L1 support duties alongside secondary internal projects and assignments.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills are essential. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and improve based on feedback. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to interact effectively with clients and team members.
