Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and onboard new owner-operators and small fleet clients needing dispatch services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service
- Explain dispatch services and pricing clearly and effectively to potential clients
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in logistics, dispatch, or transportation industry)
- Strong cold-calling, lead generation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with freight dispatch operations is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- CRM knowledge and basic computer proficiency
