System Administrator

National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator at the Assistant Vice President (AVP) level to join their team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, particularly with hands-on experience in managing Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments. This role requires a proactive professional who can ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the bank’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Administer Active Directory services, including user account management, group policies, and security configurations.
- Oversee Office 365 administration, including user provisioning, license management, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or patches to maintain security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and policies.
