System Network Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee our IT department. This role involves managing the organization's entire IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership abilities to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations aligned with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee all aspects of the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems, ensuring reliability and optimal performance.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to maintain high performance and motivation levels.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s objectives and drive technological advancement.

Budget Management: Effectively manage the IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively to meet operational needs.

Security and Compliance: Establish and maintain robust security protocols to protect organizational data, networks, and systems while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, overseeing contracts and service agreements to maximize value and performance.

Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level support and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.

Technology Evaluation: Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their potential benefits and risks for the organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to manage IT teams and projects successfully.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of IT professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management within an IT context.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
